KinderGym

Kids are born to move! We all know it is important to be active, but do you know where to start?

KinderGym is a fundamental movement program for children aged 0 – 5 years old and their families.

Packed with activities to develop gross and fine motor skills, music and rhythm, success, and challenges, KinderGym classes are designed to develop physical literacy in the whole child — socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.

 

Our qualified, nationally-accredited coaches tailor classes to your child’s age and developmental stage to ensure they get the best out of each class. The classes provide an environment for children to develop physical and cognitive skills in a fun, safe and playful way, at their own rate through guided exploration.

Girls Gymnastics

Boys Gymnastics

Men's Artistic Gymnastics is the perfect sport to teach your son focus and self-discipline - skills that can assist with their learning and concentration.

NinjaZone

NinjaZone combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and freestyle movement to introduce kids to the exciting world of Ninja Sport! In NinjaZone class, kids learn flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks, in combination with strength and agility courses. This fast paced and fun new sport creates a solid foundation for success, based on important values and character building techniques.

NinjaZone teaches kids how to reach their goals, all while building confidence and gaining the techniques they’ll need to face any challenge. Parents witness their children succeeding and having fun, while being reassured that the physical, mental, and emotional needs of their kids are being met.

Tumbling

Tumbling includes everything from the basic forward roll to front and back tucks, layouts, and twists. It goes way back to Medieval times as a stand-alone form of entertainment. Today, we see it most often in gymnastics routines, though it is also incorporated into parkour, dance, and cheerleading. And you’ll still see street tumblers at various places.

Recreational tumbling for kids is one of best ways to build a child’s self-confidence. Who doesn’t want to be the cool kid on the block who can do all kinds of unique tricks? If you are child does dance then this is a great class for them to progress their skills.

Adults Gymnastics

Whether you have wanted to do this since you were a child or a returning veteran to the sport, our adult gymnastics program is designed for anyone aged 18 and up who is looking to learn or relearn how to flip, balance and swing!

Our classes will work on all gymnastics apparatuses and the strength and flexibility required to perform gymnastics safely, Learn how to technically complete these skills through appropriate drills and body shaping and get more comfortable being upside down!

All abilities are welcome and the class will be tailored to what you are able to achieve.
